Top 10 Anime Series Everyone Should Watch

Table of Contents

So, what exactly is included in a list of the best anime shows online? Is it the action, storyline, artwork, or memorable array of characters? Perhaps it’s all of them. Anime has a variety of tales. Friends who compete against each other are common topics. There are also stories about schoolchildren who are on a journey of some kind (finding themselves). Of course, this means they’ll have to fight monsters and aliens along the way. We may not know what it is about them that we enjoy, yet we are frequently captivated. Here is a list of the All-Time Best Online Anime Series That Everyone Should Watch!

10. Voltron

Don’t get them mixed up! I’m referring to Voltron from the 1980s. (Can anyone else recall playing Voltron with their friends in the backyard? I was the red lion all the time.) If you grew up in the 1980s, you remember early Saturday mornings, sugar cereal, and watching Voltron save Earth from the villainous King Zarkon. The best part is when the entire team joins forces to become the super Voltron.

9. Laid Back Camp

Rin Shima, a young girl who enjoys camping and wants to see the best view of Mt. Fuji, stars in the charming anime Laid Back Camp. She joins the activities club at her school and makes new pals. Rin Shima and her pals bond and share their experiences during these camping outings.

8. Cowboy Bebop

One of my personal favourites is Cowboy Bebop. It has everything: action, violence, humour, and fantastic graphics. Cowboy Bebop is the story of two cosmic bounty hunters, Spike Spiegel and Jet Black, who go for the most wanted criminals with their team. The storyline and the characters’ relationships with one another, as well as the action, are what make this anime an excellent option.

7. Assassination Classroom

This is an excellent anime with an original plot. An alien has arrived on Earth and disguised itself as a high school teacher. The extraterrestrial challenges the students. If they can kill it, he will not destroy Earth. The issue is that the extraterrestrial is all-seeing, all-knowing, and can predict the kids’ movements. The contrast between the alien teacher’s perpetual “Have a Nice Day” expression and his passion for havoc and devastation is what makes this series so appealing to me.

6. Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas

My wife talked me into it. It has an excellent plot and fantastic artwork. It is an adaptation of the original Saint Seiya series. Tenma and Alone, two friends raised as brothers, wind up joining opposing forces of good and evil and having to combat each other. I was transported back to my 1980s boyhood, cheering for the good folks.

5. Claymore

I stumbled across this series by chance. Claymore is a fantastic series, and I may be biassed because I enjoy supernatural anime. It tells the story of a coven of witches hired to hunt demons who hide among people. The graphics are fantastic, and the plot had me interested from the first episode. It gets even greater when the demons disguise themselves as people before revealing their true nature.

4. Dragonball

For an action anime series, the original Dragonball is quite cheerful. It’s essentially the origin story of Goku as a child. Dragonball depicts Goku as a toddler growing into adulthood while training in martial arts and searching for wish-granting orbs known as dragon balls. This anime is enjoyable to watch because of Goku’s childhood innocence and his journey into adulthood. The action is also rather fantastic.

3. Erased

Erased is a work of genius. Not only are the graphics and action scenes amazing, but the characters and storyline are so well crafted that you’ll be fascinated from the first episode. At the very least, I was.

Erased is a narrative in which the main character may travel back in time through a procedure he refers to as “revival.” When his mother is murdered, he travels back in time to discover the culprit and put an end to a spate of kidnappings that occurred at the time.

2. Death Note

Death Note is a fascinating, cerebral anime. The question is, “Who deserves to die?” and “Who should make the final decision?” It tells the story of Light, a high school student who discovers a notebook labelled “Death Note.” Anyone whose name is in the book will die soon. What I enjoy about this series is that it isn’t particularly colourful, but the drabness of the animation provides character to the plot.

1. Attack on Titan

This is my favourite show. The plot, graphics, and action sequence are all fantastic. Imagine your entire town being wiped out by savage giants (Titans) and vowing vengeance. That is the situation for main character Eren Yeager and his allies as they prepare to fight. What I like best about this series is how the Titans seem as they demolish the village. They look to be nice, jolly giants with enormous smiles, but they are bloodthirsty.
